2.1. To secure your booking for any of our travel services, including beach holidays and city breaks from London, a deposit is required at the time of reservation.
2.2. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure for all tour packages.
2.3. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice.
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following fees:
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
- 59-30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- 29-15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
- 14 days or less before departure: No refund
3.2. Rapperidac reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or force majeure events.
4.1. Passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas.
4.2. Rapperidac strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
5.1. Rapperidac acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with our tours.
5.2. Rapperidac shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to acts or omissions of these suppliers.
6.1. Participants must be in good physical and mental health to join our tours.
6.2. Any physical or mental condition that may require special attention or treatment must be reported to Rapperidac at the time of booking.
7.1. Rapperidac reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any tour and to use them for promotional purposes.
7.2. By participating in a tour, travelers agree to allow their image to be used in such photography; travelers who prefer that their image not be used are asked to identify themselves to their tour leader at the beginning of their tour.
